The garage sale is finally over! We ended up making $750!!! Okay so $500 of it was for our car but still! $250 isn't too bad and how often are you able to sell a car at a garage sale?! We put most of the items that didn't sell by the curb with a free sign and it was all gone within a couple of hours. There are still some bigger items that we had to put on craigslist. I love how effective craigslist is for making money off of unused items but it can definitely be a pain in the butt so I am hoping that everything sells quickly. Anyone in the twin cities need an upright freezer? We have two! :)
Anyway, since I rambled on and on about my long hair I thought that I would show you the pics of my new cut!

I'm really happy with how the cut turned out! Although I did want it to be a little more asymmetrical then what I ended up with. Oh well, it will grow back. Thanks Lucille for not being freaked out about chopping off all of my hair! :) I'm in love with the color too. I used Garnier Nutrisse Ultra Color in Light Intense Auburn. It's actually a lot brighter then what the picture above makes it look like.
The long hair was fun for a change and my husband enjoyed seeing it long for the first time in our six years of marriage. The short hair is more me though. I have had various forms of short hair for most of my life. Even when I was little I always had a pixie cut. :)

Whoa baby! Your new cut looks amazing but you have bigger balls that I do. Heck I cut 8 inches but that only brought it to my shoulders. Wow, wow and wow - Ok enough gasping from me you look amazing!

I'm diggin' it. I chopped off my hair from long to a pixie cut and LOVED it. It looks great on you. I think it makes you look a tad older too. Man, I wish I had your youthful face!
Lookin' good, Megan! I've always wanted to be one of those women who look good in a darling, pixie cut. Can't say it does a thing for me. On you, though, it looks adorable. Great job on the garage sale. It's always nice to know that your much loved items have gone to a good home.
