Beer Bread

I got this amazing recipe from my amazing husband! It is a moist and heavy bread so it is perfect for fall baking and it goes great with any meal. You can use any beer that you want but my favorite is George Killian's Irish Red because it adds a lot of flavor.

Beer Bread
2 cups Self-Rising Flour
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Butter (melted)
1 Beer
Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a greased bread pan. Bake at 375F for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

All of those times I bought beer-batter-bread mixes and it was this easy to make? Thanks for sharing, Megan, sounds yummy.

That looks yummy. I would try it, but I am terrible with breads. Thanks for linking up.
