Warm Broccoli Cheese Dip

This broccoli cheese dip is surprisingly full of flavor thanks to some Italian seasoning. Even people who hate eating their veggies will love this one! Great for any occasion - you can throw it together  for a quiet movie night at home or take it to a holiday party.

Warm Broccoli Cheese Dip
adapted from Taste of Home

Ingredients:
8oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Sour Cream
1 envelope Italian Salad Dressing Mix
3 cups Frozen Mini Broccoli Florets, thawed
8oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
Wheat Crackers

Cut the cream cheese into 1-inch cubes and place in a large mixing bowl. Add sour cream and salad dressing mix. Beat at medium speed until well blended and smooth.

Remove excess moisture from the broccoli by patting dry with a paper towel. Chop into small pieces. Add the broccoli and 1 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Stir with a spoon until well combined.

Spread evenly into a greased 2-qt baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350F. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer until cheese is melted and edges are bubbly. Serve warm with crackers.

Makes: 3 1/2 Cups.
