Cheesy Beef Taco Dip

This cheesy beef taco dip is great for parties and it is hearty enough that it even makes a tasty meal....not that I would know anything about that. No responsible adult would eat nothing but taco dip for dinner. ;)

Cheesy Beef Taco Dip

Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Beef
1 1/2 cups Onion, chopped
1 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 lb Velveeta, cubed
1 can (10oz) Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, undrained
2 teaspoons Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
Tortilla Chips

In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain. Stir in the cheese, tomatoes, chili powder, and cumin. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Serve with chips.
