Walking Tacos

I think for these to technically be "walking tacos" they are supposed to be served in a mini bag of Fritos but those are way more expensive than a full size bag so I usually just serve it in a bowl. So I guess this would be more of a taco salad. What ever you call it, it is yummy and a great meal for a busy summer night. Most of you probably already know how to make these, especially if you ever went to summer camp, but sometimes I need a reminder of the old classics that I love but forget about if I haven't made them in awhile.

Walking Tacos

Ingredients:
1 large bag of Corn Chips
2 lb Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
Shredded Lettuce
Diced Tomatoes
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Sour Cream
Salsa

Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain. Season with taco seasoning. Add a little water if needed. Serve over corn chips and topped with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa.

Mmmm, I will put in on my list for next week. I make your Chicken Enchiladas, at least, three times a month, so good.
