Freezer Breakfast Burritos

Make these easy breakfast burritos twenty at a time and freeze them for a quick and hearty breakfast on the go for just 50 cents each!
Freezer Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients:
1/2 lb Bacon
1 lb Sausage
1 lb Shredded Hashbrowns
12 Eggs
20 Flour Tortillas

Cut uncooked bacon into small pieces. Cook in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until it just starts to crisp up. Add sausage and continue to cook until sausage and bacon are both cooked through, stirring frequently.

Mix in shredded hashbrowns and cook until lightly browned. Flip and brown on other side.

Break eggs into a medium bowl and scramble with a fork. Add a bit of salt and pepper. Mix into hashbrown mixture and cook until eggs are set. Let cool for about 10 minutes.

Scoop 1/2 cup mixture into each tortilla and fold into a burrito. Wrap in aluminum foil. Divide burritos between two gallon sized zipper freezer bags. Label and freeze until ready to serve.

To serve: Remove foil and place burrito on paper towel or plate. Heat in microwave for 1 minute. Flip and heat another 45-60 seconds or until heated through. Let cool 1 minute then eat.
