Sausage Gravy

Ingredients:
1 pound Sausage
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 cups Milk
Salt and Pepper, to taste
In large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook sausage until browned. Add flour and stir until dissolved. Gradually add milk while stirring constantly. Cook until thick and bubbly. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Serve hot over biscuits (recipe HERE).
