School Room/Guest Room

Now that I am finished with Jeremy's bedroom it is time to get started on his School Room / the "Guest Room". This is what it looked like when we moved in:

It's still a work in progress but here is what it currently looks like:

You can see why the "Guest Room" is in quotation marks. Since this is also a school room there is only space for a futon. It's better than paying for a hotel though, right?

We got a table and chairs so Jer and I can sit next to each other while he is doing school work.

In this one you can see into Jer's bedroom a little bit. The fact that you have to go through this room to get into his bedroom would be the other reason that it isn't a true guest room. Our house is a little quirky like that. It's one of the things we love about it though. :)

Check back soon for a tutorial on how to make these pocket pillow cases! So far, they are the only thing I have made to accessorize this room. Hopefully I will have some new additions to show you soon. :)
