Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

If you are looking for a sweet treat to whip up at the last minute for your Christmas get together, you should try this peanut butter fudge. It uses ingredients you probably already have on hand and comes together in just minutes!

Super Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:
2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup Peanut Butter

Line 8 or 9 inch square baking dish with aluminum foil and lightly butter. Set aside.

In a large saucepan, bring sugar and milk to a rolling boil over medium heat. Continue to boil for 2 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until well combined. Pour into prepared baking dish.

Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. Lift out using foil and cut into pieces of desired size.

Tried this last night and it just wouldn't set. I left it over night and still couldn't cut it.

Very tasty though, going to spoon it over ice cream.

Just have to say, discovered this blog a few weeks ago and I love it! Have already made a Nintendo table! Merry Christmas to you and your lovely boys from the UK xx
