Ravioli Florentine

This recipe is a copycat of a dish that Applebee's used to offer. This meal is absolutely delicious and a great way to sneak in some greens without significantly altering the flavor.

Ravioli Florentine

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 Chicken Breast Halves, cut into strips
Black Pepper
1 bag Frozen Cheese Ravioli
1 cup Spinach (fresh is best but frozen works as well)
Alfredo Sauce (recipe HERE)

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and top with a few grinds of black pepper. Cook until browned and no longer pink in the middle. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, boil water in a large pot and cook ravioli according to package directions. Add spinach during the last minute of cooking time.

Drain and top with alfredo sauce and chicken strips. Serve hot.

Serves 4.
