I am a huge fan of pumpkin recipes and thanks to blogging and pinterest, I have accumulated a large collection of recipes that I want to try. Unfortunately I don't have the time to try all of them and even if I did, my husband and I would probably end up weighing five hundred pounds. I still wanted to share them with you all though and if you try any of them I would love to hear what you thought of it so I know whether or not it is worth trying. :)
First up are a few from my own blog in case you missed them. These are our tried and true favorites so I can personally vouch for their deliciousness!

Pumpkin fudge and pumpkin truffles! Looks good to me. If I make them, I'll let you know how it went. Thank you for finding stuff outside the usual pumpkin range.
I'm thinking it's a pretty good thing that my oven died and won't be fixed until after Thanksgiving. I would have no self-control with these recipes. I do however have a great PUMPKIN & WILD RICE SOUP recipe which I've had twice this fall already which I could do again. . .
it's always at this time of year that i wish i enjoyed pumpkin :(. all of the recipes look so beautifully (and deliciously) autumn-like, and i just can't bring myself to eat anything with pumpkin in it.
Holy Cow I want to eat every one of those pumpkin desserts!!!
Those ALL look so delicious!
Pinning this post! I *hate* pumpkin pie (I think I'm anti-nutmeg), but loooooove everything else with pumpkin.
