Cappuccino Truffles

Any coffee lovers out there? This recipe is for you!


Cappuccino Truffles
adapted from Taste of Home

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Boiling Water
2 teaspoons Instant Coffee Granules
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
6oz Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
2 Tablespoons Butter, softened
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

In a small bowl, combine the water, coffee and 1 tsp Cinnamon; set aside. In a small saucepan, bring cream just to a boil. Remove from heat; whisk in chocolate and butter until smooth. Stir in coffee mixture. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until easy to handle.

In a small bowl, combine sugar and 1-1/2 tsp Cinnamon. Shape chocolate into 1-inch balls; roll in cinnamon-sugar. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Makes 18 Truffles.
