Cheese Manicotti

This delicious cheese manicotti is made super easy by using string cheese for the stuffing. Great to throw together on a busy night!

Cheese Manicotti

Ingredients:
1 pkg (8oz) Manicotti Shells
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
1 can Diced Tomatoes with Italian Seasoning, drained
1 pkg String Cheese
8oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350F.

Cook manicotti shells according to package directions.

In a mixing bowl, combine spaghetti sauce and diced tomatoes. Spread half of the sauce into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Drain manicotti and stuff each shell with a piece of string cheese. Place over sauce in baking dish. Top with remaining sauce. Cover and bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
